Novyi Kalyniv
Novyi Kalyniv (Ukrainian: Но́вий Кали́нів) is a small city in Sambir Raion (district), Lviv Oblast (region) of Ukraine. Population: 4,105 (2013 est.)[1]. Local government — Novyi Kalyniv city council.[2]

The city was built in 1951 as a military settlement for the Soviet airbase Novy Kalinov.
