Noorpur, Punjab

Noorpur Thal (Thal,Urdu: نُورپُورتهل‎), is a city and Tesil headquarters of Noorpur Thal Tehsil, (administrative subdivisions) of Khushab District in the Punjab Province of Pakistan.[1]

Majority of population is Muslim and speak Thalochi, Shahpuri and Majhi dialects of Punjabi Language. Noorpur Thal hosts the Mela Baba Saidan Shah in July which attracts many people. People in Noorpur Thal are agricultural. Noorpur Thal has many schools and colleges including degree college for boys and girls, govt high school for boys and girls, govt elementary school for boys and girls, govt primary schools for boys and girls, govt special education center. Also there are many private schools including Jinnah public school, The blooming school, Al huda school, Pak loyal school, Sher school system, District public school, Dar e arqam school etc.
