Rodríguez was raised in Avon, Connecticut.[3] Her parents are from Puerto Rico.[2]

I was born and raised in Connecticut. My parents moved from Puerto Rico to the USA after getting married. They lived in a few states before coming to Connecticut. They stayed there and raised me and my 2 brothers and a sister. I played in Connecticut all my life until I went to play in college. My mom and dad are both from Puerto Rico. Mami was born in San Juan, and her last name is Ayala. Papi is from Bayamón. Both were raised in Río Piedras
