National Commission for Human Development

the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) was established in 2002. It is located in Islamabad, Pakistan. Dr. Nasim Ashraf was the first chairman of NCHD. The current chairperson is Col(retd) Amirullah Marwat. Dr. Allah Bakhsh Malik, PhD PAS UNESCO Confucius Laureate and Federal Additional Secretary also served as DG NCHD.

National Commission for Human Development is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to improve access to basic education and healthcare in the country's poorest communities.

NCHD is working in 134 districts of Pakistan.[1]
