NDcube

NDcube Co., Ltd.[lower-alpha 1] is a Japanese video game developer based in Japan with offices in Tokyo and Sapporo. NDcube is a fully owned Nintendo subsidiary. The company was founded on March 1, 2000, as a joint venture between Nintendo and advertising firm Dentsu, hence the "ND" in the name. In 2010, Nintendo decided to buy out 98% of the company's shares.[2][3]

In 2010, many employees from Hudson Soft migrated to a restructured NDcube, which is also head by Hidetoshi Endo, a former president at Hudson Soft that assumed NDcube at the end of the 2000s.[4]

Since 2019, the director of Wii Party and Mario Party series, Shuichiro Nishiya, became president of the company in the place of Hidetoshi Endo, who was the president of NDcube for almost ten years.[5]
