It services approximately 3,000 students and is growing, due to new construction that began in 2009. The school contains a large band room, an auditorium, and three gymnasiums. It is among the few public high schools in Oklahoma to receive a distinguished Great Schools Rating[2] of ten out of ten.

Sports

Sports offered at Mustang include football, basketball, swimming, tennis, baseball, golf, soccer, cross country, track and field, cheer, pom, softball, volleyball, wrestling, and, while technically not a sport, it has a nationally competitive marching band program.

Mustang is a 6A school. Throughout the years it has produced great players and won many state championships. [3]
