Mount Trott

Mount Trott is a ridgelike mountain with a jagged, saw-tooth appearance, about 1 nautical mile (1.9 km) north of Mount Bunt in the Prince Charles Mountains. Plotted from ANARE (Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions) air photos taken in 1956 and 1960. Named by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) for N.E. Trott, weather observer at Wilkes Station in 1962, and officer in charge at Davis Station in 1964.
