Microbacterium barkeri

Microbacterium barkeri is a bacterium from the genus of Microbacterium which has been isolated from domestic sewage and from smear from a cheeses.[1][3][4] Microbacterium barkeri has the ability to degrade polyvinyl alcohol.[5]
