Michael Masutha

Adv. Tshililo Michael Masutha was born at Valdezia in 1965 in the then Northern Transvaal now Limpopo province in South Africa. He is the former Minister of Justice and Correctional Services.[1] Before becoming MP in 1999, he served as Human Rights lawyer. He served as the deputy minister of science and technology in 2013-2014. Born with a visual disability,[2] he is the second minister with disability in the Jacob Zuma cabinet. He founded Northern Transvaal Association for the Blind in 1989.[3]
