Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond
Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond is an upcoming first-person shooter virtual reality video game developed by Respawn Entertainment, planned for release in 2020.

The game takes place in Europe during World War II, taking the franchise back to its roots, with the main protagonist being an OSS agent and fighter in the French Resistance.[2] It will be released for the Oculus Rift.[3] In pursuit of authentic reproduction, Respawn developers flew several World War II veterans to the locations of many historic events they experienced and interviewed them.[4]
Development
Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond was not initially planned to be a VR game, but the developers pivoted to Oculus Rift after meeting and discussing the game with Facebook executives.[5]
