Matt Little
Matthew (Matt) Martin Little is an American politician and member of the Minnesota Senate. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), he represents District 58 in the southern Twin Cities metropolitan area.

Early life, education, and career
Little graduated from Rosemount High School in 2003. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science from University of Minnesota Morris in 2007.[1][2]
He worked as a Regional Field Coordinator for the National Association of Letter Carriers in Washington, D.C. for two years and spent one year teaching English in Chile before returning to Minnesota to attend law school at the University of Minnesota.[3] In 2014, he earned his juris doctor, graduating magna cum laude.[4][2]
In 2010, Little was elected to the Lakeville City Council. In 2012, at the age of 27, Little was elected mayor, becoming the youngest person in the city's history to hold the office.[1]
Little is an attorney at his firm, Little Law, in Lakeville.[3]

Personal life
Little and his wife, Coco Qi, live in Lakeville. They had a daughter in 2019. Little also has an account on the social media platform TikTok, where he regularly posts comedic and informative videos to interact with and better understand the young users, referred to as Gen Z. Little currently has 77.3k followers on the platform.[6]
