Marvin C. Helling

Marvin C. "Whitey" Helling (May 16, 1923 – November 30, 2014) was an American football player and coach.[1] He served as the head football coach at the University of North Dakota from 1957 to 1967, compiling a record of 60–35–3.[2] Helling led the Fighting Sioux to victories in the 1965 Mineral Water Bowl and 1966 Pecan Bowl.[3]
