Martha Bartlett
Martha Bartlett is a South African politician from the Northern Cape. She is set to be sworn in as a Delegate of the National Council of Provinces following the resignation of Anele Goyiya.[1] Bartlett is a member of the African National Congress (ANC).

Bartlett was previously a member of the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature from May 2014 to June 2020. On 30 May 2014, Bartlett was appointed as the MEC for Transport, Safety and Liaison.[2] She served in the position from May 2014 until she was appointed MEC for Education in March 2016.[3] Newly-elected premier Zamani Saul appointed her as the MEC for Social Development in May 2019 and she served until June 2020 when she resigned to be redeployed to the NCOP.[4]
