Maren Haile-Selassie

Maren Haile-Selassie (born 13 March 1999) is a Swiss footballer who plays for Neuchâtel Xamax FCS on loan from FC Zürich as a left midfielder.[1]

Professional career

Haile-Selassie made his professional debut for Zürich in a 2–1 Swiss Super League win over FC Thun on 30 July 2017.[2]

On 9 January 2019, Haile-Selassie was loaned out to FC Rapperswil-Jona.[3] On 10 July 2019, he was then loaned out to Neuchâtel Xamax FCS for the 2019-20 season.[4]

International career

Haile-Selassie was born in Switzerland to Ethiopian parents.[5][5] He is a youth international for the Swiss U19s.[6]
