Marathon Realty Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian real estate development corporation. Marathon Group has several product offerings across segments from affordable to luxury, residential to commercial and office parks and locations spanning the length and breadth of the MMR. With over 80+ completed projects in MMR, Marathon has 18 million sqft. of project area, 2 million sqft of business spaces under development and has over 800+ acres of projected development area. Marathon Group has its base in the central Mumbai suburb of Mulund.


History

Although formally established in 1969, the company has had its influence in the growth of infrastructure of Mulund and Mumbai since 1922, when the founding families patriarch played an integral role in the master planning of 550 acres of land in Mumbai. Marathon has played a key role in the development of Mulund as a suburb and ensuring the high livability quotient it enjoys.

The Marathon Group was one of the first movers when the numerous mills dotting the cities landscape decided to open up their land for redevelopment with the acquisition of the Piramal Spinning and Weaving Mills land which now houses Marathon NextGen, Marathon Era, Maarathon Icon and Marathon Innova.

Marathon Nextown

Marathon Nextown is a township located at Kalyan – Shil, a suburb of Thane.

Nextown is located off the arterial Kalyan-Shil road, with easy access to NH-3. NH-4 and Thane-Belapur road. It is in close proximity to several upcoming large infrastructure projects like the Airoli – Katai tunnel road and Vasai – Panvel rail line.

Marathon Nexworld

Marathon Nexworld is a mega-township in Dombivali with uniquely designed1 & 2 BHK apartments. Nexworld has a development potential of over 100 acres and is set to benefit from future developments undertaken by the MMRDA.

Marathon Nexzone

Marathon Nexzone is a large township in the Navi Mumbai suburb of Panvel.
