Malofilm
Founded in 1983 by chairman and CEO René Malo in Montreal, Quebec, Malofilm (formerly René Malo Vidéo) was a film production company, a television and video production company and a distributor. First based on Saint-André Boulevard, it moved in 1993 to Saint Laurent Boulevard.

In 1995, it acquired Desclez Productions and Megatoon Entertainment Group (MEG for short). Purchased by Malofilm, later Behaviour Communications ,
In 1996, it acquired ReadySoft Incorporated[1] , a well known canadian software company.
It changed names to Behaviour Communications in 1997, after Malo was forced to retire for health reasons.[2][3] It is now called Les Films Séville and owned by Entertainment One.
