M. W. H. de Silva

M. W. H. de Silva was a Ceylonese lawyer and politician. He was the Minister of Justice in the cabinet of S. W. R. D. Bandaranaike and a member of the Senate of Ceylon.[1] He was the great uncle of Harsha de Silva.[2]
