The following is a comprehensive list of boy band Westlife concert tours. As a live act, Westlife have sold 5.5 million concert tickets worldwide. They still hold the record for the most shows played at The SSE Arena, Wembley - 28. They sold out Croke Park Stadium in a record breaking 5 minutes. They also hold the record for the most shows played at The SSE Arena, Belfast by any band - 50 and hailed as the Biggest Arena Act in the United Kingdom.[1]

It promoted the band's second studio album, Coast to Coast. The tour was alternatively called the "No Stool Tour" to reflect the band's reputation of performing on stools. Concert footage was released on a video entitled, Where Dreams Come True. The concert was filmed in Dublin.

It supported the compilation album, Unbreakable: The Greatest Hits Volume 1. The imagery for the tour was inspired by Andy Warhol and the Las Vegas revues. A DVD of the tour was released entitled, The Greatest Hit Tour: Live from M.E.N. Arena.
2004 Turnaround Tour 29 March 2004 - 2 August 2004 (Europe) 63 Their fifth tour, the Turnaround Tour, began in March 2004. Supporting their fourth studio album, Turnaround, the band primarily toured Europe. The concert at the Stockholm Globe Arena was filmed for a DVD release titled, The Turnaround Tour: Live From The Globe Stockholm. It is the first tour the group performed as a quartet.
