The following Syrian pilots became flying aces by scoring five or more confirmed aerial victories while flying combat against the Israeli Air Force.

  • Lieutenant-Colonel Bassam Hamshu - 7 victories and 1 ground kill (MiG-21MF) - from Ariha, Idlib Governorate.
  • Major Adeeb Al-Jarf - 7 victories (MiG-21FL) - from Hajin, Deir ez-Zor Governorate
  • Brigadier Majid Zugbi - 7 victories (MiG-21MF) - from Al-Midan, Damascus
  • Brigadier Majad Halabi - 6 victories (MiG-21FL)[1] - from Aleppo city
  • Captain Dzhur Abid Adib - 5 victories (MiG-21FL)[2] - from Dreikish, Tartous Governorate
  • Captain Muhammad Mansour - 5 victories (MiG-21MF)[3] - from Tafas, Daraa Governorate
