Coastal artillery forts and fortresses

Coastal artillery was part of the Navy organisation from 1934 until it was disbanded in 2002.

  • Fjell Fortress (1942–2004), disbanded 1999, sold 2004.
  • Grøtsund Fort Disbanded, but still maintained for possible future use.
  • Herdla Fort (1940–2001) Disbanded, but still maintained for possible future use.
