Lake Chad gerbil

The Lake Chad gerbil or Lake Chad tateril (Taterillus lacustris) is a species of gerbil found in Cameroon and Nigeria. Its natural habitats are dry savanna, subtropical or tropical dry shrubland, and arable land.
