Kartsev (Russian: Карцев) is a rural locality (a khutor) in Sergiyevskoye Rural Settlement of Giaginsky District, Adygea, Russia. The population was 76 as of 2018.[2] There are 2 streets.

Geography
The khutor is located 7 km south from Sergiyevskoye, 41 km south-east from Giaginskaya and 29 km north-east from Maykop, on the left bank of the Fars River.
