KWMY airs a classic hits format branded as “My 105.9”. From 2006-2009 KWMY FM was KPBR FM branded as "Rockin' Country 105.9 The Bar".

On May 7, 2019, Connoisseur Media announced that it would sell its Billings cluster to Desert Mountain Broadcasting, an entity formed by Connoisseur Billings general manager Cam Maxwell.[3] The sale closed on August 2, 2019.
