Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth

Joy-Anna Forsyth (née Duggar; born October 28, 1997),[1] also known as Joy Duggar Forsyth, is an American television personality. She is known for her appearances on TLC as part of the reality television shows 19 Kids and Counting (20082015) and Jill & Jessa: Counting On (2015present).

She is the fifth daughter born to Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle (Ruark) Duggar, and the ninth of 19 children.[2]

Personal life

Joy-Anna met Austin Forsyth at a homeschooling conference as a child. The couple married on May 26, 2017.[3]

Joy Forsyth announced that she was expecting what would have been her second child. On July 3, 2019, the couple revealed they suffered a miscarriage, and that during an anatomy/gender reveal ultrasound at 20 weeks gestation on June 26, 2019, the doctor did not find any heartbeat. They named their unborn daughter Annabell Elise.[4]

On March 18, 2020, they announced that they are expecting their second child, a girl, due on August 19, 2020.[5]

The couple, along with all of Austin Forsyth's siblings and half-siblings as well as his parents, appear on the TLC series Counting On.
