Jerome Opoku
Jerome Opoku (born 14 October 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Accrington Stanley.[3]

Club career
Fulham
A central defender who can also play at left-back, Jerome Opoku made his debut for the Under-18s in the 2014/15 season.
A local boy from Mitcham, he joined the Academy at the age of nine and attended Coombe School.
In the 2016/17 season, he featured for both the Under-18s and in the PL2 side, and scored at Stoke City for the Under-18s.
The young centre back captained the Fulham U23's at the end of the 2018/19 season..[4]
Accrington
On 2 September 2019, Opoku was sent to league one side Accrington Stanley in order to gain first team experience.[5] He made his Accrington debut against Bristol Rovers on 7 September 2019 in an eventual 3-3 draw. After a 3-1 defeat to Sunderland, in an interview he claimed he would play anywhere the coach put him.[6]
