Jeff Bridges (politician)
Jeff Bridges is a Democratic member of the Colorado Senate, representing District 26. A vacancy committee appointed him to the seat following the resignation of Daniel Kagan.[1]

Prior to his appointment, Bridges served in the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 3, which covers a portion of Arapahoe County. He was first elected in 2016 and was re-elected in 2018.
Before holding elected office, Bridges was a campaign spokesman for several Colorado politicians, including former U.S. Representative John Salazar. He is the son of Colorado politician Rutt Bridges.[2]
While in the house, Bridges served on the House Education Committee and the House Transportation & Energy Committee.[3]
Elections
Bridges was elected to the House of Representatives in 2016, winning 52.53% of the vote against Republican opponent Katy Brown.[4]
