James Click
James Click is an American baseball front office executive. He is the general manager of the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball.
Click is from Durham, North Carolina.[1] He graduated from Yale University. He wrote for Baseball Prospectus.[2] He joined the Tampa Bay Rays as an intern in 2005, and the team hired him for their front office in 2006.[3] He became vice president of baseball operations in 2017.[4]
In January 2020, the Astros hired Click as their general manager.[2]
