Hypsocephalus is a genus of dwarf spiders that was first described by Alfred Frank Millidge in 1978.[2]

As of May 2019 it contains four species, found in France, Italy, and Switzerland:[1]

  • Hypsocephalus huberti (Millidge, 1975) – France (Corsica)
  • Hypsocephalus nesiotes (Simon, 1915) – France (Corsica)
  • Hypsocephalus paulae (Simon, 1918) – France, Switzerland, Italy
  • Hypsocephalus pusillus (Menge, 1869) (type) – Europe
