Huai Sai, San Kamphaeng
Huai Sai (Thai: ห้วยทราย) is a tambon (subdistrict) of San Kamphaeng District, in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.[1] In 2005 it had a population of 6,217 people. The tambon contains eight villages.
