Genebelle Raagas

Genebelle Francisco Raagas is a national beauty queen from the Philippines who won the Miss Philippines Earth 2005 title.

Pageantry

Raagas from Pampanga competed in the Miss Philippines Earth 2005 pageant along with the 23 other delegates including 12 representatives of the 12 other regions outside the National Capital Region.[1][2] She was proclaimed the winner of the pageant at the University of the Philippines Diliman during the coronation night in Manila on May 29, 2005.[3][4][5]

She was crowned by the previous year's Miss Philippines Earth titleholder, Tamera Marie Lagac Szijarto.[6] Her runners-up were Miss Philippines Air Nadia Lee Cien dela Cruz Shami, Miss Philippines Water Arleine Villanueva, Miss Philippines Fire Antonette Stephanie Yu and Miss Philippines Eco Tourism April Lynn Villanueva.[3]

Raagas crowned her successor, Catherine Untalan during the 2006 Miss Philippines Earth pageant finale in Quezon City.[6]

She represented her country at Miss Earth 2005 held in Quezon City, Philippines on October 23, 2005. She became one of the top sixteen finalists. The pageant was won by Alexandra Braun Waldeck of Venezuela.[7]
