FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited (FCEPL) is a Pakistani dairy company which is a subsidiary of Dutch multinational corporative FrieslandCampina. It is based in Karachi, Pakistan. Its main product brands includes Olper's, Omoré, Dairy Omung, and Tarang.[1]

History

The company was founded as a subsidiary of Engro Corporation in 2005.[2] The company was still struggling to reach consumers due its weak supply chain.[3]

In 2016, Dutch dairy co-operative, Friesland Campina, acquired 51 percent stake in the company for US$450 million.[4] The intends to expand its reach in Pakistan and in future access Central Asian markets.[4]

In July 2019, the company changed its name to FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan.[5]
