Fazl Rural District (Razavi Khorasan Province)
Fazl Rural District (Persian: دهستان فضل) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Nishapur County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 15,323, in 4,400 families.[1] The rural district has 46 villages.
