Essa Abdulla Al Basha Al Noaimi

Essa Abdulla Al Basha Al Noaimi (Arabic: عيسى عبدالله الباشه النعيمي) is a senior career diplomat from United Arab Emirates who currently serves as the first resident Ambassador to Georgia.[1] He presented his letters of credence to Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili on the 13th of September 2018. Born in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in 1956, Al Noaimi was a first cohort graduate of United Arab Emirates University in 1981 where he obtained a BA degree in Geography. He later received an MA degree in International Relations. In addition to his native Arabic, he speaks English and Persian.

Al Noaimi received the First Class Order of the 2 Niles at the end of his diplomatic tenure in Sudan from President Omar Al-Bashir in 2009.[3]

Al Noaimi participated in numerous conferences and meetings at Arab, Regional, and International levels leading his country's delegations.
