Ensieh Shah-Hosseini

Ensieh Shah-Hosseini (Persian: انسیه شاه حسینی), born 1954 in Gorgan, Iran, is a filmmaker, screenwriter, documentary filmmaker, researcher and novelist.she has also been a reporter in Iran–Iraq War.[1][2][3]

Biography and Career

She conducts studies of cinema before devoting himself to journalism, writing novels, scenarios and making documentaries. She began her directing career with the film Let's go, it's late in 2005 and some short films and documentaries about the Iran–Iraq War. Her first two feature films on the theme for the first, love and, for the second, war. As an Iranian filmmaker, her films have been screened in film festivals across the world. She has received numerous awards from many countries, so far. In 2001, she received the short film Deadline first prize in the Women Film Festival in Seoul.[4][5][6]
