Isho

Isho (īšōʕ), a cognate of the Hebrew term Yeshu, is the Eastern Syriac pronunciation of the Aramaic and Assyrian form of the name of Jesus Christ.[1]

It is still commonly used as a given name (first name) for males among Mar Thoma and Syrian Christians of Kerala, India and the Middle East.
