Earl Jones (basketball)

Earl Jones (born January 13, 1961) is an American retired professional basketball player. He was a 7'0" (213 cm) 210 lb (95 kg) center born in Oak Hill, West Virginia and played collegiately at the University of the District of Columbia from 1980 to 1984. He played for two NBA teams.

Jones was selected by the Los Angeles Lakers with the 23rd pick in the 1st round of the 1984 NBA Draft.[1] He played one season for the Lakers and one for the Milwaukee Bucks. Jones also played for two teams in the Continental Basketball Association, the Kansas City Sizzlers and Rockford Lightning.[2]
