David Dowlen

David Dowlen (born February 8, 1960 in Houston, Texas) is a former professional tennis player from the United States.

Dowlen won the USTA National Boys 18 Championship in 1978. After, he was a leading player on the University of Houston tennis team.

Dowlen enjoyed most of his tennis success while playing doubles. During his career, he won four doubles titles. He achieved a career-high doubles ranking of World No. 30 in 1984.
