Darian Leader

Darian Leader (b. Alameda County, California, 1965) is a British psychoanalyst and author.[1]

Leader was educated at St Paul's School in London, studied Philosophy at Downing College, Cambridge and then History of Science in Paris, where he also trained as an analyst.[2][3] He is a founding member of the Centre for Freudian Analysis and Research (CFAR).[4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12]

Darian Leader is President of the College of Psychoanalysts,[13] a Trustee of the Freud Museum, and Honorary Visiting Professor in Psychoanalysis at Roehampton University.[14] In 2015 he received the Mercier Chair at the University of Louvain for his work in psychoanalysis.[15]
