Daniel Constantin (Romanian pronunciation: [daniˈel konstanˈtin]; born June 26, 1978) is a Romanian politician, member of PRO Romania.

He has been a Member of Parliament since 2012, co-chairman of the ALDE from 2015 to 2017, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Environment from January to April, 2017.
Political career
A 2002 graduate of Bucharest's University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, with a degree in zootechnical engineering, he joined the Conservative Party in 2006, becoming its president in 2010.
In the Victor Ponta cabinet, he served as Agriculture Minister from 2012 to 2015.[1]
In 2017, Daniel Constantin founded together with former Prime Ministers Victor Ponta and Sorin Cimpeanu the Pro Romania Party. He is currently one of the First Vice-Presidents.[2]
