Curious George Rides a Bike

The Man With The Yellow Hat buys George a bicycle. George helps Bill, the newspaper boy, with his route, until he makes boats of the newspapers and sets them adrift in a stream. He runs into a rock, which ruins the bike's front wheel. Workers at a circus with lots of animals fix the wheel and George joins the show. He is given a bugle to play and is instructed not to feed the ostrich. When the ostrich grabs George's bugle, the bugle lodges in his throat and the workers must pull it out to prevent the ostrich from choking. The circus workers blame George for the incident and fire him, ordering him to sit on a bench until they send him home. Meanwhile, the ostrich accidentally opens a cage on the next trailer and allows a very cute baby bear to escape. The baby bear climbs a tree and is unable to climb back down. George rescues him by convincing the baby bear to climb into his newspaper bag, then lowers the bag with the baby bear in it down into the workers' hands. The workers are proud and grateful of George for saving the baby bear and allow him to participate in the show with his bike and bugle. The Man With The Yellow Hat, Bill, and all of the people in the town come to see the show. Everyone forgives George for folding their newspapers into boats and letting them float away. George's act is a great success, and he befriends the baby bear whom he saved. After the show ends, the workers give George the bugle as a gift and then George goes home to bed.
