Coconut Point is a 1,205,363 sq ft (111,981.9 m2) outdoor mall located in Estero, Florida. On top of featuring 127 shops, it is includes of condominiums, restaurants, a movie theater, and other forms of entertainment such as live music and annual festivals.[1] Coconut Point is managed by the Simon Property Group, who owns 50% of it.[2] and was designed by Hollywood, CA studio, 5+design. Anchors include Dillard's, SuperTarget, Best Buy, Office Depot, PetSmart, Total Wine & More, TJ Maxx, Michaels, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross Dress for Less, DSW, Ulta Beauty, West Elm, Party City, and Barnes & Noble, with former anchors include OfficeMax, Sports Authority and Old Navy, with soon to be defunct anchors include Pier 1 Imports and Tuesday Morning

On May 19, 2020, Pier 1 announced that it was asking the bankruptcy to close all stores, due to in the large part of the COVID-19 pandemic. On May 28, 2020, Tuesday Morning announced that 132 stores would close including the Coconut Point one, No closing date for the stores has been announced yet.
