Cinderella (Lloyd Webber musical)

Andrew Lloyd Webber's Cinderella is a stage musical with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, lyrics by David Zippel and a book by Emerald Fennell that was workshopped in 2019 and is expected to premiere in London's West End in 2020. It is a modern adaptation of the classic story of the same name.

A workshop of the musical was held at The Other Palace in London in May 2019 with a cast that included Carrie Hope Fletcher in the title role.[1]

West End (2020)

The musical is scheduled to open at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in London's West End with previews beginning on 9 October and an official opening on 28 October 2020.[2] The opening, originally scheduled for August, is delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[3] The production is set to be directed by Laurence Connor and choreographed by JoAnn M. Hunter. Fletcher is set to create the title role.[4][5]
