Chris Edwards (bishop)

Chris Edwards is the Bishop of North Sydney, in the Northern Region of the Diocese of Sydney.[1]

Edwards was educated at James Ruse Agricultural High School, the University of Technology (Business) and at Moore Theological College[2] and ordained in 1994. He was a curate at St George's, Engadine. After this he held positions in South Australia at Holy Trinity in Adelaide and then as the senior pastor of Trinity's first church plant, Trinity Hills, in Stirling. He then accepted a rector's position at St Paul's Tervuren in Belgium.[3] His most recent position prior to Bishop was as Director of Mission at ARV (now Anglicare), Sydney.
