Central Virginia Community College

Central Virginia Community College, CVCC, is a two-year state community college located in Lynchburg, Virginia and is part of the Virginia Community College System. Established in 1966, CVCC serves students at the main campus in Lynchburg or at one of its off-site centers in Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford, and Campbell counties.

Central Virginia Community College offers 80 associate degree and career certificate programs.[1]

As of the fall 2018 semester, the tuition rate for in-state students is $154.00 per credit hour, plus a $7.25 activity fee, equals $161.25 per credit hour. Tuition for out-of-state students is $330.60 per credit hour, plus a $28.25 activity fee, equals $358.85 per credit hour. Out of State e-rate for online classes is $257.00 per credit hour.
