Capital 95.8FM

CAPITAL 95.8FM (城市频道) is a Chinese language news and information station operating in Singapore which is manages by Mediacorp. It was the only Chinese radio station in Singapore until 1989, before the introduction of its sister channels, Y.E.S. 93.3FM and Love 97.2FM, in 1990 and 1994, respectively. Being a radio station that provides Chinese news and information to listeners, from broadcasting news to providing financial and life information programs, it also broadcasts nostalgic songs from the 1980s to the 1990s. [1] It could be heard to be playing some songs from the 2000s as well. During weekends, listeners could also look forward for songs from the 1960s and 1970s. CAPITAL 95.8FM ended its broadcast at Caldecott Hill at 10:00 on 8 February 2017 and there after move on to Mediacorp Campus at 1 Stars Avenue after 10:00 to marked the first programme to be broadcast at the new campus.
