Cape Cobras

The Cape Cobras[1] are a franchise cricket team representing the Western Province, Boland, and South Western Districts areas in South African domestic cricket. The team's home venues are Newlands Cricket Ground, Cape Town, Boland Park, Paarl, and the Recreation Ground, Oudtshoorn.

The Cobras play in the 4-Day Franchise Series, Momentum One Day Cup and T20 Challenge competitions. They are one of the most successful domestic sides in the franchise era.

Playing kit

During the Momentum 1 Day Cup and 2016–17 CSA T20 Challenge, the Cobras played in blue shirts and trousers with slight yellow accents as well as orange and blue kits to represent their sponsor's corporate colours. Their current kit provider is BAS. Their associate sponsor is local radio station Heart FM.
