Narayana Swamy Ashramam

Bommu family members constructed a temple for Narayana Swamy in Obularaju Palle where they worshipped Narayana Swamy. In 2005 the village of Obularaju Palle was submerged in Brahmamsagar reservoir. The Bommu family members started a registered trust and then with accumulated funds began constructing a new temple. In 2008, the garbhagudi (the main area where Narayana Swamy's idol is present) was completed. Narayana Swamy is the ilavelpu (personal god) for the Bommu family and every year Bommu family members, relatives and other devotees come together to celebrate Swamy's utsava (festival).
