Bogomila

Bogomila (Macedonian: Богомила) is a village in Čaška Municipality [1] in the central part of the Republic of North Macedonia, close to the city of Veles. Bogomila is also the birthplace of revolutionary Petar Poparsov, Serbian Chetnik commander Petko Tanević-Stanković and the Serbian Chetnik Organization members Ignjat Veljković and Petruš Djordjević. As of 2002 the population of the village was 476, most of whom ethnic Macedonians.
