Biko (restaurant)
Biko is a Basque restaurant in Mexico City specialising in techno-emotional cuisine. Basque-born Bruno Oteiza is co-owner.[1] It is located in Polanco on Avenida Presidente Masaryk.[2]
Awards and accolades
Biko was ranked 31st in The World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2011,[3] and was named among Mexico's five best restaurants by The Daily Telegraph in 2016.[2] In the World's 50 Best Restaurants 2016, Biko was ranked 43rd in the world.[4]
