Axel Campeol (born 5 March 2000) is an Italian football player. He plays for Vis Pesaro on loan from Sampdoria.

Club career

Milan

He spent most of his junior career at Milan and started playing for their Under-19 squad in the 2017–18 season.[1]

Sampdoria

On 10 August 2018 he moved to Sampdoria.[2] He was assigned for the Under-19 squad for the 2018–19 season and didn't have any call-ups to the senior squad.

Loan to Vis Pesaro

On 16 July 2019 he was loaned to Serie C club Vis Pesaro.[3]

He made his Serie C debut for Vis Pesaro on 25 August 2019 in a game against Südtirol. He started the game and was substituted at half-time.[4]

International

He was first called up to represent his country in 2015 for the Under-16 squad friendlies.

He played in all 3 games (2 as a starter) in the 2017 UEFA European Under-17 Championship as Italy was eliminated in group stage.[5]

He also appeared in friendlies on the Under-18 and Under-19 levels.
